Deliveries and Returns
1. Shipping Service
Our shipping partner is DHL and we ship all of our orders via Express. Please ensure that you enter your mobile number at checkout to receive shipping notifications once your order has been dispatched, a link with delivery options can help with the following:
Arranging a collection from a DHL service point
Holding your order if you are not available to receive the package
2. Shipping times & Cost
All orders above 1000 DKK shipped to addresses within the EU & USA automatically qualify for free shipping.
Please note that our delivery time starts from when your order is accepted and includes a 24 hour timeframe where we process and dispatch your order at our flagship store in Copenhagen. Please note this can take longer during holiday seasons.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with an air waybill number to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by logging in to your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.
4. Important Information
Local Levies/ Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated at the checkout according to your shipping destination and item(s) on the Order Summary page at the bottom. Local VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the EU, excluding the Channel Islands. Local VAT will be applied to all other EU destinations.
For all NON-EU customers, taxes and duties will not be applied to your order summary and therefore all customers are responsible for any local charges incurred.
5. Cancelation & Returns
Purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
You will be refunded for the value of the item(s).
The item(s) must be returned unused.
Returns will only be accepted with a correctly filled returns form (see here).
Returns that do not comply with the above listed criteria will not be refunded.
Please note that you are responsible for your order until it reaches us. It is advised to send the package with a traceable service so it can be located.
The value of retuned item(s) will be refunded after receipt and successful inspection.
If you wish to exchange for another colour or size, please return the original item(s) and contact our webshop team at webshop@andersen- andersen.com
6. Warranty & Claims
ANDERSEN-ANDERSEN provides a two (2) year warranty against material and manufacturing faults. This warranty does not include wear and tear from regular use or accidents. For warranty claims, please write to us with your order number, image of the fault, and a brief description of the claim.
Please note, all items for repair should be washed and cleansed of stains and odour. Any garment returned with stains and odours will automatically be rejected and returned to the customer.
