Shipping

andersen-andersen.com sends packages with multiple couriers depending on delivery location. The couriers we use are GLS, UPS, FedEx and Post Nord. Delivery time for regular service in Denmark is 1-2 business days, Europe is 3-5 business days, and standard service outside Europe is 8-10 business days. Home delivery or access point delivery is available.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country. Prices are calculated on andersen-andersen.com after the delivery address is entered, added to the order at checkout and will be between 40 DKK - 200 DKK (Danish Kroner).

If you refuse to receive your order, the cost of the shipping for the redirect (return to sender) will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase by giving unambiguous notice within 30 (thirty) days from the date you receive your goods.

Please be cautious when trying on garments and avoid contact with fragrances, including perfumes, essential oils, deodorants, etc. The period means you have 30 days after receiving the goods to inform us that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to webshop@andersen-andersen.com or make use of the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the end of the terms of business.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods unless you inform us before.

Return labels

Return labels are not automatically provided, however you can contact us to create one. A return label will cost between 40 DKK and 200 DKK. This cost will be deducted from your return amount. If you use our return label, you are still responsible for the package until we receive it.

Requirements for your return

Customers outside the EU:
Please get in touch with webshop@andersen-andersen.com before making a return. We will guide you appropriately to avoid additional charges. You have 14 days to return the goods after informing us that you are cancelling your purchase.

Any return costs incurred are your responsibility, and you will be liable if it is damaged during transport.
Returned items must be sent directly to the following address (no alternative pickup addresses or post boxes are accepted):

We suggest using a shipping method with tracking services to avoid lost items. The responsibility of the package is yours until it has been safely delivered to Andersen-Andersen.

If you wish to exchange a garment for another size, colour or style, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item.

Exchanges in Andersen-Andersen Flagship Store

In our Flagship store, you can exchange items bought on andersen-andersen.com. You may exchange for a different item, select a gift certificate, or receive a refund. If you wish to return an item bought online in our Flagship store, the original payment card used for the purchase will be credited within 14 days. Please have your receipt or order number available. If the item is a gift, you must ask the person who gave it for the receipt.

Please note that you must retain the receipt of the returned item until it is received and refunded by andersen-andersen.com.
