Olive Oil Harvest

In late Fall, Psyche Organic’s Theo Constantinou and Chef Mati Pichci went to Kyparissia in the western Peloponnese to harvest biodynamic olives for their specialty, single-variety olive oil. We were happy to be a small part of their travels, keeping them warm.

Psyche Organic aims to reduce its impact on the environment wherever possible. They source biodynamic, organic olives from small agricultural communities in Greece, a country steeped in the tradition of cultivating high-quality produce. Their packaging is made for optimal storage and is almost completely recyclable. All decisions in the company are made with the global environmental crisis in mind, they strive to do no harm.
